[Gnu-arch-users] arch specific files in patch

I see some .arch-ids/ when reading a patch on LWN.

For LWN subscriber:

I'm not sure if it's a good thing if tla users start to pollute patch
with arch specific information ;)

But it's an useful way to make an inventory of tla/arch users, at least
users of explicit ids ...
