[Gnu-arch-users] Xtla 0.99 released

The version 0.99 of Xtla was released today. It's mainly a bugfix
release.

Xtla is the Emacs interface to tla. For those interested, there is a
development branch supporting bazaar in addition to tla. See Xtla's
home page for details:
