With the `-S' option, things are already quite easy. But it is true
that I can't remember using `tag' without `-S', but maybe there are
cases where this is useful.

While I agree this should be the default, I think it should not be
hard-wired. I don't know whether/how baz does it, but I think it would
be nice to have something in `.arch-params' for such parameters, in the
form of per-archive (or per-category?) settings, like:
.arch-params/
address@hidden/
=cacherev-frequency
...
What do you think?
