hello there,

it came to my attention that our license text can be improved:

(a) to explicitely indicate that a file bearing the license text is
indeed part of a "library;" i.e. GNU Crypto, and

(b) to clarify the text with relation to the Guile exception.

enclosed is the new text adapted from the one used in the GNU Classpath
project. from a legal standpoint i was told they are equivalent, and i
have no reason to doubt that.

i shall be changing the existing text to this new one starting from
tomorrow, and i will endeavour to commit the lot in one go so as to
make it easier when going through the logs.

when committing and/or contributing new files to the project, please use
this new text.

TIA + cheers;
rsn
