after disucssing the matter with RMS, GNU Crypto cannot include this
contribution, nor can it include code derived from its documentation.
please note that this is also applicable to any code that is
reverse-engineered from any proprietary software.
that was the bad news ;-) the good news is that --as most of you are
aware by now-- we're in the process of implementing an all-GNU Keyring
framework that can be used in preference to the JKS. Casey is the lead
designer for this activity, but everybody is welcome to participate in
the discussions that is currently taking place.
