I think I should change the behavior relating to files, but it's
tricky because one cell-mode project file can hold many interlinked
sheets and each of these needs its own buffer. I had wanted loading
the cell-mode file to be like loading a Squeak image, in that you have
one big persistent store where everything goes, but maybe I should
change this.
