the Trademark licence is why some people came up with iceweasel as a name for 
essentially mostly the same codebase but there are changes

change the binary becase you compile change the images etc change the name and 
you are home and dry

don't ... you are in breach of the licence 

you can't fix it and distribute your fix which is where the real problem lies
