All documentation are under CC-BY-SA 4.0 license, see [1][2]footer notes. Some documentation are release under different free licenses, for them a specific "Licensing" section is present at the end of the page to described the license used (for [3]example: FDLv1.3).

Hyperbola contains the amendment "Hyperbola is free culture" from its [4]social contract the commitment that all documentation follow free culture. There is an explanation about exceptions of: works stating a viewpoint, invariant sections and cover texts for GNU documents used in Hyperbola, however, all documentation created by or for Hyperbola are free culture, with no exceptions, it means Hyperbola use free licenses only.
