Confidential markings ends up everywhere, from public mails, manuals,
schematics, datasheets, and even talks.

I've started documenting that on the Replicant wiki in order to help
people prove that confidential markings do not mean anything anymore in
case it is brought up in some legal proceedings regarding the
possession of documents with confidential markings:

However I'm not a lawyer so I'm unsure on how much that would help in
such legal cases.
