it is because no one has yet noticed the 'purple-skypeweb'
package - it has not been discussed on this mailing list; and no
one has investigated it
the modifications to 'bitlbee-libpurple' were made for privacy
reasons - they are not required by the FSDG; and it is not
possible to filter packages automatically on that basis
kopete is modified because it is on the FSDG list of restricted
software - that was based on software from 2011, when the only
way to use skype on *nix systems was to link to a proprietary
blob - that blob was obsoleted about 5 years ago - it is likely
that kopete can be removed from the list now
