Since neither premise is true, the conclusions are both irrelevant.

The GPL is perfectly legitimate, and probably the best thing that ever
happened to both home and business consumers of software.

For all of Richard Stallman's faults....the development (AND IMPROVEMENT)
of the GPL is as important as Linus's kernel.
