In a quick search I found this one:

I do not know how good it is, the screen shots are not the most
beautiful graphs I've seend drawn, but it may be of some help.

In freshmeat I found too many entries matching graph (mostly because of
graphics...) but this one seems usable.

A friend of mine is making a doctorship that envolves swarm intelligence
and he needed graph drawing tools, so I may be able to provide some more
links by monday or something, since he prefered to use Free tools.
