Alexander, you are short of attention span.  If you had read the
following sentence, too, you might have understood better.

Google is one company.  Are you claiming that the return of investment
time plan and turn out for all IPOs are the same?

And another irrelevant article for making your point.  Yes, S-1
filings tend to be pessimistic.  You'll find the same with Google's, I
reckon.
