The Linux kernel seriously needs to be forked to a GPL v3 version, those kernel
contributors that don't want to contribute their code as GPL v3 should have
their code removed. It can always be re-written by the community. I'd rather
have a Linux kernel that's been stripped down, but still totally *open* and
compliant with the GPL v3, that is for the community that spawned it, than the
bastardised and butchered version that is currently on offer.
