Permission is given to copy and distribute source code of GPLed
works verbatim under the GPL. Incorporating an element into a
collective work in object code form is not copying verbatim.
Permission to copy and distribute such an element is granted by
the GPL only when the work as a whole is distributed under the
GPL.

Not at all. The definition of aggregate and aggregation in the
GPL distinguishes between copyrighted works being bound together
into a single program or being loosely associated on a distribution
medium.

There is no trouble distinguishing between these cases, except in
the febrile imaginations of those who are unable to face the fact
that the GPL works exactly as intended for statically linked programs.

Stop being utter idiot, Hyman.

Much, much too late for you, isn't it?
