In every case where a legal GPL challenge has been brought, the
plaintiffs have admitteded defeat by filjng a voluntary dismissal
without a settlement -- often WITH PREJUDICE. The plaintiffs have
*never* received any damages they have requested in their frivolous
lawsuits.
