"Quite a few", yes, but PJ herself, who is clearly capable of thinking
things through?  The question of whether copyright law should permit
Apple to restrict the installation of OS/X to its own hardware is
pertinent indeed, but seems not really to have been addressed in Groklaw.
I suspect it's been suppressed.
