That is a different organization model. And if as a GNU hacker you feel
that works fine, that is of course good. But I wanted to describe how
in my experience as a GNU maintainer and general GNU developer for
various packages things already more or less work informally. And to
see how/if we can make that model a bit more formal by focusing on what
makes us all GNU.
