Lily 1.3.115

I would post an installer for this version, only it doesn't seem to be able
to handle american-chords.ly (the one distributed with 1.3.115).  It does
set a page number in the upper right corner of the page and puts the usual
"lily was here" footer on the page, but other than that nothing.  I know
Han-Wen posted a patch here to fix a similar problem w/1.3.115, but I
deleted that message a bit too hastily...  I guess I'll just have to wait
for .116!  :-p
