Yes it is.

                       When we say “GNU Guile”, we specify that Guile is

The two cases are different because Guile is a proper name; "system
distribution" is not.

I'm happy to explain these points if it is important,
but please don't think that you can argue me into changing
my mind about things like this.

I am a native speaker of English and rather articulate.  If it
requires an _argument_ to convince me that a name does not imply a
deprecation of other distros, that is proof it plausibly CAN be
interpreted as a deprecation of them.  So I should not accept
that name.

In other words, if the case is not clear, we should use some other
name.

Please look for a name that would not place this distro over the other
free distros.  I must not make their developers feel bad.
