Details:

Currently MakeCatalog will generate both clumps and object catalogs. This is
perfect for directly using all of NoiseChisel's output. But is very limiting
when you want to be more creative in defining catalogs, for example making an
object pixel map with MakeProfiles (see task #14115, which doesn't include a
clump image).

One way we can do this is by using a header keyword in the object image for
example `WCLUMPS' (for with-clumps). When this header keyword is set (for
example by NoiseChisel), then MakeCatalogs will know that it should also look
for a clump image and make a clump catalog. But when it isn't given or has a
value of `no', then MakeCatalogs will only look at the object image and make
an object catalog.
