Details:

In some situations (mainly for masking), it is desirable to make
rectangular/square profiles. Currently MakeProfiles only makes
elliptical/circular profiles and making rectangular profiles to it should be
very easy.

The elliptical profiles are also built in a rectangluar box, so for a
rectangular profile, we can just fill the box with a fixed value and don't
have to give different values to the pixels within it.

As for the parameters, the center of the rectangle can be defined in the X and
Y columns of the catalog. The width (along the first FITS axis) can be defined
in the `r' column (radius for elliptical profiles) and the axis ratio column
can be used to determine the height (axis ratio will be defined by
width/height, or just read it as height when we have a rectangular profile).
Currently we can ignore the position angle, but later we can also include the
position angle to build an rotated rectangular profile.
