Details:

astcosmiccal reports a numerical error when trying to compute parameters at
z=0.

$ astcosmiccal -z0
gsl: qng.c:189: ERROR: failed to reach tolerance with highest-order rule
Default GSL error handler invoked.
Abort trap: 6

This was tested with version 0.9.

A potential workaround is to catch 0 and compute at a very small number
(1e-10) instead?
