Details:

When running Warp on a cube using simple warping operators like below, it will
produce an un-reasonable output (a 2D image that is rotated, with wrong WCS,
taken from part of the cube)


astwarp cube.fits --rotate 42


Currently Warp only works on 2D images, not 3D cubes, so the program should
abort with an informative error message when such situations occur.

This bug was reported by Leindert Boogaard.
