I have made some progress in Commit 2b52b3d3

setting up a bash completion script. For the time being, this works
specifically for the CosmicCalculator program.
We can build up on these atomic commits step by step with the aim of creating
an `auto-generated` bash completion script for the entire Gnuastro!
As you pointed out, `we can extract the list of HDUs or column names to show
to the user` for the next step.
