[task #15799] Add the autocomplete feature to gnuastro

Follow-up Comment #4, task #15799 (project gnuastro):

I just came across this project: https://github.com/scop/bash-completion

It has autocomplete features for many common command-line programs. For
example here is the Bash completion they have designed for Make:
https://github.com/scop/bash-completion/blob/master/completions/make

Of course, they clearly aren't fans of writing comments (which is bad!). But
there must be some good lessons to be learnt from their various solutions, or
good conventions they may have adopted that may be useful in our scenario
also.
