[Gnucap-devel] include stdio.h for readline check

Hi, configure fails to find readline on my FC16/17 systems.

I checked with readline and their docs require that stdio.h be included 
before readline.h is included, so this is not an upstream error; 
test_readline.cc should have #include <stdio.h> added.
