The code is there, but needs to be cleaned up and tested to be 
sure it doesn't break anything else.  On trying to fold it in, I 
found bugs that needed to be addressed, so it isn't done.

He does good work from a first-draft viewpoint.  Then somebody 
needs to clean it up from a software engineering perspective.


The last couple of years have been a real problem for me.  
Illness in the family, moving, other projects that were 
unreasonably demanding.  That's why the inactivity on gnucap.  
This year, so far, has been better.
