Please make certain that arithmetic expressions as SUBSCRIPTS is *not*
allowed when doing MVS (IBM) emulation - or '85 Standard - only when
allowing ISO 2002 Syntax.  *ONLY* "relative subscripting" is allowed in
either the '85 Standard or by IBM.

Arithmetic expression SHOULD be allowed for reference modification.
