[open-cobol-list] What's wrong with it?

Hi All 

Install OpenBOBOL0.32 on Windows.
Cygwin with gcc/g++ 3.3.3-3, GNU MP 4.1.4 and GNU libtool 1.5.18 have been 
installed.
When run ./configure, the error message is:
--checking for __gmp_rand in -lgmp...no
--configure: error: GMP 3 or later is required

What's wrong with it?
