CVS Updated.

Harden I/O checking in fileio.c
This is not complete but is way better than our previous
(or non-existent) checking.

Change occurrences of "exit" in libcob, generated C code
(codegen.c) and cobcrun to calls to cob_stop_run.
This is in preparation for screen-io where we need to
revert screen settings (curses) before terminating.
Change cob_stop_run to call cob_screen_terminate (renamed
from cob_screen_clear).
Change codegen to do screen init at module initialization
time.


Fix a couple of typo's.
