[open-cobol-list] error when compiling OC from a directory with spaces in its name

Hi all.
Perhaps this was already documented but I didn't find.
When compiling OC in a directory with spaces in its name, I'm getting an 
error.
Note that I'm using a cygwin environment to the testes. I didn't test in my 
linux box.
