Implement COLLATING SEQUENCE for table SORT.
(This is defined for 2002, note that MF says it is documentary
 and, as such, doesn't do anything - verified)

Implement OC test for above.

Update ASCII/EBCDIC table.
This is more or less in line with MF.
Note that in MF's (SE 2.2 and 4.0) User Guide (also in Internet),
Appendix B - EBCDIC/ASCII Translation Tables,
the tables are incorrect (reported).
An honourable mention if you discover what is
wrong !
