As usual I build for MINGW in cygwin. I get this from both 3.1.11 and the CVS:

 

gg_utils.c:60: curses.h: No such file or directory

gg_utils.c:69: ncurses/term.h: No such file or directory

gg_utils.c:85: sys/times.h: No such file or directory

gg_utils.c:426: curses.h: No such file or directory

gg_utils.c:435: ncurses/term.h: No such file or directory

gg_utils.c:451: sys/times.h: No such file or directory

 

I wish I could help you more than that.
