Hmm, I am not sure, but at least for enclosing and reducing, it will
definitely not work with the current approach. A lot of reducing/enclosing
moves are not part of a specific local pattern.

I am trying to think about it. One would first need to identify big moyos,
that should not be too hard. Then identify the side at which they are open,
and then play somewhere on the open border to reduce. Maybe the
jump_out_helper can help in deciding how deep to play. This might already
give a satisfying guess (together with some moves that could already be
suggested with current methods, like shoulder hit or cap on a third
line stone).
Invading and enclosing might be harder.
