Oops, corrected. The link to gnugo-3.1.15.tar.gz accidentally pointed
to gnugo-3.1.14.tar.gz.

I reran the regressions for the tests where Trevor reported
anamolies and didn't see any deviations from the test results
in the files. He said he got his version from the CVS so
this missing link doesn't explain it.

I put up a patch:

semeai_1_16.1 earlier which makes owl_lively treat semeai
stones as alive. This should make it possible to try to
really debug owl_analyze_semeai().
