This patch fixes owl1:267. There are a number of other
unexpected passes after this patch. I am not certain
whether these are due to this patch or some other factor.
However I don't think there are any other patches in the
CVS which could account for the changes.
I did my test run with experimental_semeai enabled so I'm
comparing against the results posted in
http://mail.gnu.org/pipermail/gnugo-devel/2002-June/002168.html
