[gnugo-devel] Effect of evan_3_13.3

I ran the regressions on evan_3_13.3 and got the following results.

ld_owl:302  PASS
optics:1201 FAIL
arb:150     FAIL
lazarus:3   PASS

I confirmed Evan's report of a decrease in reading nodes in
reading.tst, and owl nodes in owl.tst. Contrary to Evan's
finding was a slight increase in reading nodes in owl.tst.
