- bring VC in sync w/ new -t syntax.
Remember DOS format on the DSPs.
Note: a new include file "random.h" snuck into dfa.c. Breaks under VC, compiles
without just fine. Is it needed? This patch whacks it.
Also, the Debug build of VC doesn't use the "-t" option. I don't
remember what that used to do and why it's not there. Should the
new option be added there?
