This is tricky. F10 looks correct to me. The point is that at move 65,
black can play G6. Black G6 - White E9 is refuted by Black E8.
This might be worth adding:

M6 effectively cuts R12 and and O8. So it might be a little better.
But whatever black does, a big chunk of white's groups will die, so I
don't think it's worth regressing.
