[gnugo-devel] setvbuf question, possible bug

The GNU Go development team recently received a bug report related to
setvbuf / setlinebuf misbehavior when GNU Go is run with MinGW.

We eventually worked around the problem by removing line buffering.  If
there is a better fix that is not platform-specific, we'd love to hear
about it.
