The tests look good. A new .tst is fine, since I don't see an obvious
other place to put them.
You can't do a diff against nonexistant files. Just include the file in
the email, and someone with write access to cvs can create them.
On that note, it's easier for some of us if you include the files inline
instead of as attachments. Not a big deal, and if it would break things
then it's fine.
