This is a very bold goal.  But if you achieve it, then
it will make GNU Go way stronger, right?  So, here we
seem to pursue the same goal, only your target is higher.

We are not trying to delay you ;)  Just I think it is
better that you know about the requirements from the
very beginning, so you don't waste time only to discover
you don't like our conditions afterwards.
