[gnugo-devel] approach on first line on 13x13

Hi,

   I've been playing some 3-stone 13x13 games recently, to pass some
time. I've noticed that it quite frequently approachs my 3-3 opening
move on the first line. eg see below. Obviously there's some
randomness, but even if it doesn't play this move, it shows up in the
top-ten moves.

This is the gnugo binary that comes with debian, should you care -
I've not tested on latest, but it was also happening on 3.4 that came
on cygwin.


Also, I've noticed that it often makes a monkey jump, but then fails
to defend the stone afterwards. I don't have a test case for that one
one - I'll send one along next time I notice it.
