See #26 (http://trac.gnugo.org/gnugo/ticket/26).
The -f option to mkpat.c is now redundant (equivalent to
compress_fuseki | uncompress_fuseki ... c)
and not used in the build process anymore. I will thus remove it unless
someone has objections.
Some more cleanups in mkpat.c wouldn't hurt...
