It's the argument to the --gtp-dump-commands option, i.e. the file
where the complete GTP stream will be dumped. In case there are
difficult to reproduce mistakes/bugs in the game, rerunning all GTP
commands should be effective (with fixed version and options of
course). Hm, well, the initial random seed needs to be known as well
so it's a good idea to specify that among the options too.
