The computer where 3.9.1 was posted had a corrupted hard drive
for some reason.

I've reinstalled but haven't brought up apache yet on that machine.
I'll fix it within the next few days.

Meanwhile, you can pull from the git repository. The following is
equivalent to downloading and compiling from the tarball.

git clone git://git.savannah.gnu.org/gnugo.git
configure
make
