Looking at the ComboBox list, we see there are two nationalities which 
translate to the same "Samoano/a" text:

    #. nationality for "Samoa" (WSM)
    msgid "Samoan"
    msgstr "Samoano/a"

    #. nationality for "American Samoa" (ASM)
    msgid "Samoan, American"
    msgstr "Samoano/a"



To disambiguate it, must we change the last one to the below text? Is it OK?

    msgstr "Samoano/a (da America)"
