[Gnumed-bugs] client 0.6rc4 still can't print medications (from Ubuntu)

I did not yet try from Debian (though I never did yet in Debian Lenny make it 
all the way through).
Tested against the Salaam (public) db v12

I did first, in Ubuntu (and after installing the earlier 0.5.x) do the required

   sudo apt-get install texlive-base-bin

and (although maybe it had not changed) I copied the included-in-rc4-version of

   /external-tools/gm-print_doc

into my arbitrary ~/bin which I had included in my PATH
