I have added Serbia to the list of countries in 0.9.

If you want to add it to your existing database you can do
this:

1) connect to the database
2) then run:

        set default_transaction_read_only to off;
        insert into dem.country (code, name) values ('SRB', 'Serbia');

As far as the problem is concerned that you saw: the log
does not contain enough information to find out why it
happened. We would need more information about *exactly*
what you did.

You may also want to try a newer version since we already
released 0.8.5. Two of the bugs fixed since 0.8.2 had to do
with entering/editing persons.
